This research publication utilizes the All of Us (AoU) data set version 7 provided by the National Institute of Health (NIH). This data set encompasses a diverse range of data, including electronic health records, genomic arrays, survey responses, and fit-bit data.
For this specific project, we looked at individuals who reported binge drinking at least weekly. From these individuals, we looked at survey responses on why they received delayed medical care within the past year. We grouped these responses into the following barriers to medical care: structural barriers, attitudinal barriers, competing social role barriers, and financial barriers. From here we examined sociodemographic correlates to these barriers. We created multivariate logistic regression models and calculated they’re corresponding odds ratios and confidence intervals.

Stochastic Models-
Constructed a Monte Carlo pricing simulation project.
Dashboard Displays-
Created two interactive dashboards to display data statistics for a COVID-19-related grant under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Process Improvements-
Formed a software solution through coding that seamlessly translates any language response from a participant into a designated language for all entries in a dataset, thereby facilitating language conversion across participating institutions.
Wrote code that automatically sends monthly report emails of R visualizations to various institutions throughout the United States.
Developed automatic summary charts that generate into a Word document to facilitate progress reporting to the NIH.
